Every deed here starts the same way: the launcher buys in the launch transaction and the token binds that buy until a date the launcher chose.

How a deed is sworn
The charter is written into the token.
Name, ticker, picture, blurb and links go into the token when it is launched and never change. The token serves them itself as contractURI, so no server has to be up for an explorer to draw it.
The position goes to the dead address.
The pool's share of the supply is minted as one Uniswap v4 position NFT whose owner is the dead address from the launch transaction on. Not the notary, not the launcher, not a locker: anyone can read who owns it.
The launcher's buy is bound by the token itself.
The launch transaction carries the launcher's own buy, and the tokens it returns are bound until a date the launcher chose. Until then they cannot be sold, moved or approved away: the token refuses. Any holder may pledge the same way, and the sum of every live pledge is on the chain.
The void
—The liquidity is a Uniswap position NFT. Its owner is read live off the position manager.

Swear in a token.
Write its charter, choose how long your own buy stays bound, and sign once. The pool, the position in the void and your bond are all made in that one transaction.
